It's a Woodsy Rustic Christmas this Year!

Hi again, and thanks for stopping by.  I hope you're all enjoying the Holiday Season.  Once again, this year we are hosting Christmas dinner with both sides of the family.  I love having a house full of family and friends at Christmas.  I mentioned that I decorate multiple trees in various rooms.  Our living room still has a fresh 9 ft. Frasier Fir tree and I decided to keep it neutral, woodsy and simple.

Christmas Decorating before Thanksgiving

For so many years, I'd always wait for the day after Thanksgiving to start decorating for Christmas.  The last few years however, I have joined the many who start to decorate for Christmas before Thanksgiving.  It's not that I don't enjoy Thanksgiving, but I am a CHRISTMAS fanatic!! I don't host Thanksgiving, but I do host Christmas, and I have found it to be a little less stressful to start the decorating early, to give me plenty of time to prepare for the Holidays.

Houses... A very popular trend this year for accent decorations, are houses.  Here's a couple Galvanized Houses that light up. November 1st Snow

Happy November 1st!!  Seems like October just flew on by... Woke up in New England with a mix of rain and snow, the first snow of the year.  Christmas is my favorite holiday.  Ever since I was a little girl, I just loved the Spirit of Christmas, decorating and entertaining.  Always blessed to have the time when you spend a little extra with family & friends!!  Since the snow is falling, I'm all the more ready to start decorating for the Holidays.  Since I don't host Thanksgiving, I don't feel guilty decorating early.
