Happy November 1st!! Seems like October just flew on by... Woke up in New England with a mix of rain and snow, the first snow of the year. Christmas is my favorite holiday. Ever since I was a little girl, I just loved the Spirit of Christmas, decorating and entertaining. Always blessed to have the time when you spend a little extra with family & friends!! Since the snow is falling, I'm all the more ready to start decorating for the Holidays. Since I don't host Thanksgiving, I don't feel guilty decorating early.
What are some of your favorite themes or decorations? I started thinking, and laughing a bit inside- there's a tree in just about every room in the house. I like to decorate each one a little different.
Some are simple, some are colorful, some a bit more rustic. And for our big family tree in the living room, I still put up a REAL ONE!! Not too many do, but I just love the look and smell when it's first brought in and going & cutting fresh pine keeps the smell and needles fresh throughout the season. Off to decorate...
